Shipping Policy

Your order will ship within 2-3 business days after being processed, unless a future ship date is requested. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.

When shipping via ground methods, the shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. Please allow 2-7 business days for ground shipments, depending on the destination's proximity to east Tennessee. 

We want to make sure that we are able to accurately process your order. To ensure there are no delivery delays please review your address carefully and advise us immediately if you notice an error. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to rectify any mistakes in the delivery address. It is Cocoa Bean & Butter Chocolate Company's policy not to replace items that are lost because an incorrect address was supplied.

At this time, we are only shipping product within the U.S.

We are committed to our customers' satisfaction with and enjoyment of our products. As has been stated elsewhere on the website,
we stand behind all of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want you to love our products or we will do what it takes to make it right.

We carefully inspect every item we sell before we ship it. However, if there are any issues or discrepancies with our product(s) upon receipt of your order, please contact Cocoa Bean & Butter Chocolate Co. via email for replacement or refund. If your package is damaged in transit, please take pictures of the shipping container, the shipping label, and the damage on the package.

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, orders cannot be returned.
